  1. These desserts look SO good! I’m not a huge fan of alcohol, even cooking with it kind of scares me, but I know that it usually leaves behind a great flavor.

  2. I love St Patrick’s Day! I was lucky enough to spent two of those holidays in Dublin–it was amazing both times! I always make the same dinner on 3/17–Dublin Coddle, Soda Bread and my special Guinness Chocolate Cake. The men drink Guinness, I prefer tea!
