This is a Fashionista Event and a promotional item was provided to me by Chocolate Frey. Hosts for this event are Still Blonde after all these Years and ModlyChic.

Chocolate is perfect for gifting during the holiday season. As a present for a hard to buy for relative, a treat for your best friend or a hostess gift nothing is more appreciated than a premium chocolate gift. I used a selection of candy from Chocolat Frey to create this Candy Bar Christmas Tree, an elegant way to present a chocolate gift.

While chocolate is always appreciated, it is nice to take some time and effort to make the gift a little more special. For this Christmas tree I simply used pins to attach chocolate bars to a styrofoam cone. I used a selection of the Chocoblock Dark Mini bars in a purple wrapper and Chocoblock Milk Mini bars in a blue wrapper.

To top it all off I added a few Aura Exquisite Dark truffles for the star on top of the tree. The resulting gift can be displayed for the holiday season before being eaten. Of course your gift recipient might not be able to resist sampling it before Christmas Day, which is fine too!

It took me only about 20 minutes to make the tree, so it is a quick and easy project that looks impressive. I tried one of the chocolate bars while I made the tree, and I love the rich and creamy flavor of Chocolat Frey. My favorite is the Aura truffles though, which are outstanding. I especially love the Almond Intrigue truffles, which have a creamy center with just a hint of almond.

I was also able to try out some other products, including the Napsli Assorted mini candy bars, Holiday Pralines and the adorable Chocolat Frey Reindeer. The chocolate is authentic Swiss chocolate, which has been made since 1887, and is now the #1 chocolate brand in Switzerland. The company is committed to quality and excellence, and uses only authentic, GMO-free ingredients such as rich cocoa beans, whole roasted nuts and milk. Their high quality bean-to-bar process leaves nothing to chance, and ensures that the chocolate will be consistently distinctive and indulgent.

Chocolat Frey values sustainability, so all the chocolate is UTZ certified. They take a careful approach to the environment and support sustainable cocoa farming, which provides better opportunities for farmers, their families and our world. I love that I can indulge in this creamy high quality chocolate and feel good about how it is produced.
