Andes Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 T vanilla extract
  • ⅓ c. water
  • ¾ c. white sugar
  • ¾ c. brown sugar
  • 2½ c. flour
  • ½ c. cocoa powder
  • ½ t. baking soda
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • ½ t. salt
  • 1 bag Andes Crème De Menthe Baking Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cream butter, vanilla, and water until smooth. Add both sugars and mix well.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in Andes Baking Chips.
  5. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes.
