Garlic Shrimp Skewer

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pound shrimp

Instructions

  • Combine garlic, ginger, olive oil, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.

  • Add peeled shrimp and marinade in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    1 pound shrimp
  • Grill 3 minutes on each side, or until shrimp is pink.
