New Year’s Resolution Blog Hop – Insanity Workout DVDs

Well it is 3 weeks into the new year, how are your resolutions going?  It has been long enough that the initial good intentions has worn off a little for me, so it seems like the perfect time for a little motivation boost.  This Blog Hop Features all kinds of things to help you keep your resolutions, whether it is eating healthier, getting out of debt or becoming more active.

My giveaway is for OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAa great fitness program for you from the Intensity Series from Beach Body.  This is an intense interval training program designed to give you a lean, muscular body in a short time.  Up for grabs in this giveaway are two brand new DVDs, Max Interval Sports Training and Insane Abs.  I have lots of workout DVDs from Beach Body, and their programs always seem to be well designed to challenge and motivate you to get in shape.  I won this set of DVDs last year, but after reading about the program I have decided it is a little too high intensity for me, so I want to pass these on to someone who is more motivated, or maybe just a little younger with better knees!
