Well it is 3 weeks into the new year, how are your resolutions going? It has been long enough that the initial good intentions has worn off a little for me, so it seems like the perfect time for a little motivation boost. I won this set of DVDs last year, but after reading about the program I have decided it is a little too high intensity for me, so I want to pass these on to someone who is more motivated, or maybe just a little younger with better knees!
