Two of my biggest resolutions for the new year are to be more organized and eat better. And I am going to use eMeals.com to help me reach both goals! I am excited to try this menu planning program, since it is so much less stressful when I know what I am making for dinner every night. I get tired of planning menus, and my family gets bored eating the same things over and over, so this is a great way to add some variety to our life.
eMeals menu plans include 7 dinner meals each week, including side dishes. You can even pick your favorite grocery store, so that your menus will be optimized for what is currently on sale! I like the variety of meal plans that are offered. They have ten different plans to chose from:
- Classic Meals
- Clean Eating
- Simple Gourmet
- Paleo
- Low Carb
- Low Fat
- Portion Control
- Natural and Organic
- Gluten Free
- Vegetarian
It is hard to pick which plan to do, because so many of them sound perfect for losing weight. I was torn between Clean Eating and Paleo, but finally decided to go with Paleo. While my family isn’t going to be on a strict Paleo diet we are trying to reduce the amount of grains and sugar we eat. And it is is very easy to change plans, so if I will probably vary the meals plans to try out a few different ones and see which ones my family enjoys the most.
I love the grocery list that comes with each menu. It is such a time saver to be able to print out a list, and it is organized by area of the store, to make shopping organized.
