Soft, Silky Skin with Dove Body Wash

New Dove Body Wash

When I first heard that Dove had redesigned their Body Wash my reaction was surprise, because I loved their previous formula and had used it for years!  But now I have been using the new Body Wash as a Dove Ambassador for a month, and it is even better than before!  The new formula has NutriumMoisture, which has 100% natural moisturizers that help replenish lipids lost in cleaning to keep skin smooth and soft.

Over the past few weeks I have noticed that despite the cold, snowy and windy weather my skin has stayed soft and smooth, even in troublesome areas like my elbows.  I used to have to use body moisturizer after my shower, but with the new body wash I have not had to do that at all.  It is nice to just be able to take a shower and be done.  Anything that helps me save time in the morning is useful, since it means I can get in a few more precious minutes of sleep!

The body wash is smooth and gentle, and washes away without leaving any residue on my skin.  Another thing that I like is the rich and creamy lather!  The older body wash did not create nearly as much lather.  Now the body wash lathers up just like soap does, but doesn’t dry out my skin like soap would.  This makes it feel very luxurious and rich, and is my favorite part of the new formula.New formula for Dove Body Wash

I made a Dove Pinterest board “Revealing the Truth”, which is full of things that remind me of Dove Body Wash and how it makes me feel – refreshed and relaxed!  Check it out here.
