Each part of the book is written by (and read by) experts in each area. Bob Greene is the main author and covers the exercise and diet part of the book. He brings in outside experts to talk about skin care, supplements and rejuvenating sleep, which can combine to make you feel younger. I thought this book contained quite a bit of useful information. There aren’t any earth shattering revelations in this book; I think most people know that diet and exercise are important. But the book includes a lot of background on theories about why we age and how to reverse, or at least slow, aging. The science behind aging is something I didn’t know much about, and it was interesting to learn more about aging at the cellular level. [Read more...]
