When it comes to holiday desserts pies might be the most traditional, but cheesecake is my favorite. I love all kinds of cheesecakes, but I don’t indulge very often because they are so calorie laden. But holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are all about indulging, so these cheesecake recipe ideas are timely. The recipes include all kinds of cheesecakes bursting with seasonal flavors like apple, pumpkin, maple, eggnog and gingerbread. And there are traditional favorite flavors that are appropriate at the holidays and all year round, like blueberry, raspberry, coffee, peanut butter and, last but not least, CHOCOLATE! Most of these cheesecake recipes are traditional baked cheesecakes, but I included one no-bake variety and a gluten free cheesecake.
