CORNED BEEF  AND CABBAGE RECIPE

St. Patrick's Day

Use a pressure cooker to cook your Corned Beef and Cabbage for an easy one pot Irish meal!

Ingredients

Corned beef (with spice packet) beef broth water carrots potatoes cabbage

Rinse the corned beef off with water. Put the it in the Instant Pot and top it off with the spice packet.

Add broth and enough water to cover the corned beef brisket with liquid. Put the lid on and cook on high pressure for 80 minutes.

Take the corned beef out to rest. Ladle out 2 cups of broth and discard the rest. Put the 2 cups of broth in the pressure cooker along with a trivet.

Add chopped potatoes, carrots and cabbage in a steamer basket on top of the trivet. Set on high pressure for 5 minutes.

Do a quick release and serve this corned beef and cabbage recipe alongside the potatoes and carrots for a delicious St. Patrick's Day dinner!
