Air fryer stuffed portobello mushrooms are delicious and satisfying as either a cozy dinner at home or party food! These big and hearty mushrooms are packed with a rich jalapeño popper cream cheese filling.
Portobello mushrooms are my favorite mushrooms to stuff because they are so large and meaty. I stuff them with lots of cheese, jalapeños, and bacon in this recipe for a highly delicious and slightly spicy side dish.
To make these even tastier, they are breaded with cracker crumbs, so they have a crunchy outer layer to contrast with the creamy filling.
Make this for your next game day party, or call it dinner. Either works when you make these mouth-watering stuffed portobello mushrooms in the air fryer.
