With Thanksgiving coming up I figured I should post my great Aunt Anna’s dressing recipe. My great Aunt was born in 1892, died in 1971 and never married. This was her prize recipe, and she used to make it at home and carry it on the New York City subway, in a big jar, to her parent’s house. Then it would get baked. She would not give the recipe to anyone, but over the years, my mom pried out the ingredients – one question at a time. I met her a few times, although I don’t remember her since I was so young.
