My kids loved The Avengers movie, which is no surprise since the movie was so popular it set box office records everywhere. I thought it was very fun too, and we have been looking forward to seeing it again on DVD as a family. The kids also love gadgets, so when I heard that Walmart had a special Augmented Reality App I knew my children would enjoy going to Walmart and playing with the app for some Avengers family fun.

Renting LOL at Redbox for a Teenage Movie Night
My sixteen year old daughter Eleanor is a huge Miley Cyrus fan. She watched every episode of Hannah Montana multiple times. She owns all her albums, and when her first movie, The Last Song, came out she went to see it in the theaters with her friends for her birthday party. So naturally she was interested in seeing the new movie starring Miley, LOL, which was just released on DVD.
NCAA Football 13 Review with a Giveaway
NCAA Football 13 was released last week, and my son wanted a copy to try out all the new features and manage his online Dynasty team. The game was released a few days before he left for a week at Boy Scout camp, and he wasn’t expecting to get it until he got back, but I thought it would be fun to get it beforehand and play it together as a family. So I headed off to Walmart to pick up a copy.
Planning Summer Fun
Summer is here and it is time to grab summer fun! With the Fourth of July approaching it makes sense to celebrate, so I planned a little Independence Day/Pool Party party for my family. The first step – buying party supplies of course!
So I headed to the store with my 16 year old daughter, who loves to plan celebrations. The first thing we needed were some more pool toys. Our rafts did not make it through the winter, but these ones look like fun.
