One of the hardest things about trying to lose weight for me is to avoid sweets. I have very low will power when it comes to delicious desserts. I always tell myself I will resist, but it is hard to resist when everyone else is indulging. Fiber One is trying to help by introducing Fiber One® 90 Calorie Brownies. They are moist chewy brownie treat that have only 90 calories, and include 5 grams of fiber, which makes them a (relatively) good choice.
Thanks to General Mills and MyBlogSpark I received samples of these new brownies to try. The brownies come in 2 flavors. The Chocolate Fudge brownies are made with chocolate-flavored chips and topped with a dark chocolate-flavored drizzle, and the Chocolate Peanut Butter variety contains peanut butter chips topped with a peanut butter drizzle.  Both varieties were good, but I liked the Chocolate Peanut butter ones best.  Overall I’d say brownies I make myself taste better, but they have more calories. The other problem with making brownies myself is there is a whole pan there, so it is tempting to eat more than one!  These are individually packaged, so it is easier to eat just one.
General Mills has offered to provide one of my readers with a Fiber One 90-Calorie Brownies gift pack. The prize includes a box each of the Chocolate Fudge and the Chocolate Peanut Butter brownies, as well as a duffel bag, jump rope, water bottle, snack case, headband and bracelet.
