This is a great summer recipe for the grilling. My kids enjoy anything cooked on a stick!

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pound shrimp


  1. Combine garlic, ginger, olive oil, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Add peeled shrimp and marinade in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Grill 3 minutes on each side, or until shrimp is pink.
