This is a great summer recipe for the grilling. My kids enjoy anything cooked on a stick!

Garlic Shrimp Skewer

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pound shrimp
Instructions
- Combine garlic, ginger, olive oil, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Add peeled shrimp and marinade in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Grill 3 minutes on each side, or until shrimp is pink.
