I went to the Farmerâ€™s Market this weekend and bought a lot of winter squash. I kept seeing new varieties that looked neat, and buying a few. I ended up buying 5 different kinds of winter squash, which might be a little excessive. But it keeps well, so it isnâ€™t like I need to use it all this week! I have a feeling I will be posting a bunch of squash recipes next month.
Monday: Tandoori Chicken with Raita

Thursday: Lamb Stew
Friday: Pasta with Artichoke Hearts
Saturday: Mussels Provencal
