With St. Patrickâ€™s Day this week at least one meal is set, we have to have Corned Beef and Cabbage on Saturday. It is starting to look a lot like spring here, although quick snowstorms keep popping up, they arenâ€™t leaving any accumulation. So hopefully it will be time to get out the grill and start cooking outside soon. The time change helps with that too, since I donâ€™t usually like to grill in the dark.

Friday: Portuguese Fish Stew
Saturday: Corned Beef and Cabbage
