This Pineapple Mint Smoothie is one of my favorite healthy snacks!

Pineapple Mint Smoothie - an easy smoothie made of pineapple, mint and ice - perfect for warm summer days

It is a super easy smoothie, which is one of the reasons I like it.  It is nice not to have to spend time chopping up lots of ingredients.

A delicious Pineapple Mint Smoothie served on a cutting board.

The smoothie is made with only fresh pineapple and a few mint leaves, combined with ice and water.  I am not a huge fan of mint usually, but the combination of it with the pineapple is amazing. The smoothie is thick and icy, so it is almost like a slushie.

This smoothie is not substantial enough to be a meal, but it is a perfect snack. Since it is cold and icy it is a great summer drink, perfect for a guilt free treat on hot summer days.

  1. This looks delicious. Might just have to try this. I have some fresh mint my neighbor gave me tonight; now to get some pineapple.
