It is fun to look at Formal dresses! I have two teenage daughters, and they love to look through the websites at dresses and plan out what they’d like to wear to prom, homecoming and other formal occasions. It is fun to look at all the sparkly dresses with sequins and imagine how they would look.

My girls and I had fun looking through the site and trying to pick a dress to review. In fact we had so much fun that my 15 year old keeps going back to the site to browse! Even though I could have used a formal dress I decided to let my daughter pick out one for herself, because she was so excited by the idea.
She decided to get a pale green Clarisse Prom Dress. Green is her favorite color, so I wasn’t at all surprised when she picked a green dress. When the dress came it was even more lovely than it seemed on the website. The dress has a short dotted metallic layered skirt which reminds her of a tutu. The bodice is strapless and includes a plunging V-shaped neckline. Best of all the entire dress is pulled together by a beaded broach at the waist.
It looks very nice on her, and she loves the pale lime green color. Now all she needs is to get an invitation to a prom! Since that probably isn’t happening this year she is planning to wear it for Christmas, with a shawl to make it a little more modest. She already wore the dress for Halloween, by adding green wings to it to be TInker Belle. All her friends commented on how gorgeous the dress was, and she enjoyed showing it off.
