With my daughter, Grace, graduating from high school this year we have to think about graduation plans. Since she is homeschooled she doesn’t have a formal graduation ceremony, and she absolutely refuses to let us have a graduation party. But I did convince her that we should send out announcements next month, so at least our friends and family will know she has officially graduated. Storkie has a huge selection of graduation announcements and graduation invitations to choose from. They have many designs to choose from, in a huge variety of styles and designs.
We had a hard time picking out an announcement design. Since my daughter has never been to school she hasn’t had a traditional education, and traditional graduation announcements didn’t seem to work for us. But the great thing about designing an invitation with Storkie is that it is totally customizable. We found a great idea for a homeschool graduation announcement at the Guilt Free Homeschooling blog, and we were able to take an announcement design from Storkie and make it fit my daughter and her unique situation.
We were able to pick the font to make it fit our less formal, more whimsical announcement style, and change the text to reflect my daughter’s accomplishments. There were three pictures we wanted to use, so we picked a card design with room for three photos. Uploading the photos and centering them was very simple and intuitive. The whole design process was easy once we decided what we wanted. I am very pleased with the quality of the cards we received, they are printed on thick cardstock and look exactly like our design.
