So two weeks ago I posted about trying the Swedish Diet.Â This is a drink which you have 2 times a day that is supposed to reduce cravings and make you less hungry.Â I was looking for something to jump start my weight loss, so I gave this a try.Â Just in case anyone is wondering what I thought I wanted to post an update. I tried it for two days, and it definitely made my less hungry.
That is the good news. The bad news is I just couldn’t deal with the taste. After two days I had to go out of town for a few days unexpectedly, and stopped drinking it.Â Once I got back I just couldnâ€™t make myself start back up, because the taste is so unappealing.Â The Swedish Diet has a very strange aftertaste, and is overly sweet. So I decided that there must be a better way to get a jump start on weight loss.Â I am working hard at eating healthier and exercising more, and I will leave diet drinks for someone else.Â Eating healthy doesnâ€™t have to mean things taste bad!
