Air Fryer Butternut Squash

Air fried butternut squash drizzled with honey or maple syrup.

Use a Y-peeler to peel the squash skin. Slice an end off and cut it in half.

Take all the peel off and scoop out the seeds.

Cut the squash into 1 inch cubes.

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix.

Put the squash cubes in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400 F for 15-18 minutes.

The squash is done when it is soft and edges are brown.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
