These thighs are coated in an amazing Asian glaze which is the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. 

WEEKNIGHT DINNER

INGREDIENTS

– 1 pound chicken thighs, bone in or boneless Marinade/Glaze – ¼ cup soy sauce – 2 tablespoon sesame oil – 2 tablespoon brown sugar – 1 tablespoon honey – 1/3 cup rice vinegar – 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce – 1 teaspoon chili powder – 2 teaspoons garlic powder

STEP 1

Combine all the marinade ingredients and mix. Set half aside in the refrigerator to use later as a glaze.

Pour the remaining half of the marinade over the chicken. Let it rest, refrigerated, for 30 min to 24 hours.

STEP 3

Air fry at 370 F for 18 minutes for bone in and 14 minutes for boneless thighs. Discard the marinade used on the chicken.

STEP 4

While the chicken air fries put the reserved glaze in a pan and heat for 3-4 minutes to thicken.

Make sure the chicken reaches 165 F internally.

Serve the chicken thighs drizzled with the thickened glaze.
