CRAB CAKES

AIR FRYER

Lump Crab Cakes

These Maryland style crab cakes are crispy outside and packed with flavorful lump crab meat!

Lump Crab Cakes

These crab cakes have just enough filler ingredients to hold them together, but mostly feature lots and lots of crab!

Ingredients

lump crab meat breadcrumbs egg white mayonnaise parsley dijon mustard Worcestershire sauce Old Bay seasoning lemon juice

Step 1

Mix the egg white, mayo, parlsey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay and lemon juice in a bowl.

Step 2

Add the breadcrumbs and lump crab meat. Stir gently, trying not to break up the crab.

Step 3

Use a measuring cup to scoop out the crab cakes. I like to place them on the parchment paper that will go into the air fryer.

Step 4

Refrigerate them for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Transfer them, still on the parchment paper, to  the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Don't flip them over as they cook.

They will be golden brown on the outside when they are done.

Enjoy these flakey lump crab cakes with spicy tartar sauce for a tasty seafood dinner.
