Make crispy homemade egg rolls in an air fryer without the hassle and mess of deep frying! Making these Chinese style egg rolls is fun and easy.

ground pork onion coleslaw mix mushrooms celery salt egg roll wrappers
Brown the pork with the onion and salt.
Add the mushrooms, celery and coleslaw mix and cook briefly.
Put a 1/3 cup of filling in the top corner of an egg roll wrapper.
Fold the top corner over the filling.
Roll the wrapper up, tucking in the sides as you go. Seal the end with a little water.
Spray the egg rolls with oil and air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping once.
They are done when they are golden brown with crispy edges.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
