P.F. Changs Copycat Recipe

This is the perfect weeknight dinner! Crispy beef is coated in sweet & salty sauce and ready in only 20 minutes.

Ingredients

flank steak corn starch vegetable oil soy sauce brown sugar ginger garlic green onions

Step 1

Slice the steak thinly and toss it with the cornstarch.

Step 2

Air fry at 400 F for 12 minutes.

Step 3

While it air fries combine the oil, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic. Put them in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes.

Step 4

Take the cooked steak out of the air fryer.

Step 5

Toss the steak with the sauce.

Top with green onions and serve over noodles or rice.
