AIR FRYER PUMPKIN DONUTS

Pumpkin flavored dough is air fried and dipped in pumpkin spice sugar for donuts that are crisp outside and fluffy inside.

INGREDIENTS

Donuts – 1 ¾ cup flour – ¼ cup sugar – 3 tsp baking powder – 1 ½ tsp baking soda – 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice – ½ tsp salt – ½ cup butter – ¾ cup pumpkin puree – ¼ cup plus 2 tbs milk – 2 tbs vegetable oil Topping – 2 tbs butter, melted – 1/3 cup sugar – 1 tbs pumpkin pie spice

Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Then cut in the butter.

Add the pumpkin puree and milk and mix until it clumps together into a ball of dough.

Turn the dough onto a cutting board and knead until smooth.

Separate the dough into 12 pieces and make into donut shapes.

Brush each donut with oil, then air fry at 370 F for 8-10 minutes.
