Air fryer shrimp fajitas feature tender shrimp and crisp veggies! This simple dinner can be ready in about 15 minutes!
Shrimp Fajitas seasoning Olive oil Bell pepper Onion Lime juice
Slice the veggies into strips. Put them in a bowl and toss them with 1/2 the oil.
Put the veggies in the air fryer and cook at 400 F for 8 minutes, stirring them halfway through.
While the veggies cook put the shrimp in a bowl. Toss it with the rest of the oil and the fajita seasoning.
Take the veggies out of the air fryer and put them on a serving platter. Add the shrimp and cook at 400 F for 2 minutes.
Flip the shrimp over and air fry for another 2 minutes.
Put the shrimp on top of the veggies and sprinkle with lime juice. Serve as is, in a tortilla or on top of rice.
