Air Fryer Spring Rolls

Air fryer spring rolls are a quick appetizer for dinner or parties! Crispy spring rolls are easy to make and perfect for dipping in your favorite sauce.

INGREDIENTS

spring roll wrappers oil napa cabbage bean sprouts carrots mushrooms green onion cornstarch water sugar salt pepper

STEP 1 Heat the oil and add the veggies. Cook them to soften, then thicken the filling with a cornstarch and water mixture.

STEP 2 Lay out a spring roll wrapper and add 3 tablespoons of filling.

STEP 3 Fold the bottom of the wrapper up to cover the filling.

STEP 4 Fold the sides of the wrapper in to make an envelope shape.

STEP 5 Roll the wrapper up. Set the spring roll aside and make some more.

STEP 6 Brush the spring rolls with oil and air fry at 400 F for 12-15 minutes.

They are done when they are golden brown and crispy.
