Air fryer turkey is juicy with crispy skin! It is perfect for a small Thanksgiving dinner or a weeknight meal.
– 3-5 pound turkey breast, either boneless or bone in – oil – poultry seasoning – salt & pepper
Spread the oil on the turkey. Sprinkle with seasoning, salt and pepper.
Air fry at 350 F for 20 minutes. Then flip and air fry for another 30 minutes.
Make sure it has reached 165 F internally.
Let it rest, covered, for 15 minutes, then slice and serve.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve with cranberry sauce.
