Cut the baked potatoes in half and scoop out the insides. Leave the potato skin intact.
SCOOP

Mash the potato with melted butter, sour cream and half of the cheese.
MASH

Spoon the filling back into the potato shells. Mound it up if you need to!

Air fry for 8 minutes. Then pull the basket out, top them with cheese and bacon and air fry for 2 more minutes.
