DEVILED EGGS RECIPE

This deviled egg recipe is ideal for making this classic Easter appetizer. Turn your Easter eggs into deviled eggs!

Make hard boiled eggs and cool them quickly in ice water. Then dye them bright colors for Easter fun before turning them into deviled eggs.

Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Put the yolks in a bowl and set the whites aside while you make the filling.

Stir some mayonnaise, prepared yellow mustard, sweet relish, salt, and black pepper to the bowl of yolks. 

Mix the egg yolk filling with a fork, mixer or food processor. Combine until the lumps are gone and filling is creamy.

Put the mixture in a pastry bag and pipe it back into the egg whites. Or use a ziploc bag with a corner cut off to pipe the filling.

Chill until ready to serve and sprinkle with paprika right before serving! Enjoy this easy deviled eggs recipe.
