Blackstone Smashed Potatoes

Blackstone griddle smashed potatoes are crispy, buttery potatoes with a soft inside! They are the ultimate cheesy and garlicky potato side dish!


Small potatoes Salt  Oil Butter Parmesan cheese

STEP 1 Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water for 15 minutes. Or air fry them at 400 F for 15 minutes.

STEP 2 Let the potatoes cool briefly, while you preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium heat for 10 minutes. Dry the potatoes off if they have any moisture.

STEP 3 Add some oil to the griddle, and then put the potatoes on, leaving space between them. Smash them with a spatula.

STEP 4 Let them cook for 2-3 minutes. Then flip them over to brown the other side.

STEP 5 Right before taking them off top them with salt, pepper, butter and cheese.
