Blackstone griddle smashed potatoes are crispy, buttery potatoes with a soft inside! They are the ultimate cheesy and garlicky potato side dish!
Small potatoes Salt Oil Butter Parmesan cheese
Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water for 15 minutes. Or air fry them at 400 F for 15 minutes.
Let the potatoes cool briefly, while you preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium heat for 10 minutes. Dry the potatoes off if they have any moisture.
Add some oil to the griddle, and then put the potatoes on, leaving space between them. Smash them with a spatula.
Let them cook for 2-3 minutes. Then flip them over to brown the other side.
Right before taking them off top them with salt, pepper, butter and cheese.
