BLUEBERRY UPSIDE DOWN
This blueberry cake is covered with caramelized blueberries.
brown sugar butter blueberries eggs, separated white sugar vanilla flour baking powder salt milk
Combine butter and sugar to make the topping.
Heat the butter and sugar until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves.
Pour the mixture into the cake pan and top with blueberries.
Make the cake batter.
Spread the batter on top of the blueberries and bake.
Cool briefly, then flip the cake upside down onto a serving platter.
The moist cake will be covered with a thick layer of sugary blueberries.
