Crisp raw broccoli is combined with dried cranberries, bacon, and sunflower seeds for a delicious broccoli crunch salad.

SALAD – 8 cups broccoli – 1/2 cup red onion – 1/2 cup dried cranberries – 1/2 cup sunflower seeds – 4 slices bacon, cooked
DRESSING – 3/4 cup mayonnaise – 3 Tbs apple cider vinegar – 2 Tbs sugar – salt & pepper
Chop the broccoli, including the stems, dice the onion and crumble the bacon.
Combine the broccoli, sunflower seeds, cranberries, bacon and onion in a decorative bowl.
Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to mix everything together.
