– 1/2 pound ground chicken
– 1/2 onion, chopped
– 1/2 package (6 ounces) of Stir Fry Vegetables, frozen
– 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
– 1/4 cup Sweet and Sour sauce
– 8 egg roll wrappers
