Chocolate Caramel Cookies

These chocolate caramel cookies are a delicious chocolate treat. These cookies are drizzled with caramel sauce and crunchy toffee bits for a fantastic taste.

INGREDIENTS

Butter Sugar Vanilla extract Flour Baking soda Salt Cocoa powder Chocolate chips Chocolate frosting Caramels Cream Skor bits or Heath bits

STEP 1 Combine the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips to make the cookie dough.

STEP 2 Scoop out 8-10 cookies on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet.

STEP 3 Bake the cookies at 350 F for 12 minutes. Let them cool on cookie sheet.

STEP 4 Frost the cooled cookies with chocolate frosting.

STEP 5 Microwave the soft caramels and cream to form a quick caramel sauce.

STEP 6 Drizzle the caramel sauce on the cookies and add Skor bits for a little bit of crunch.
