Crust – 2 cups flour – 1 cup brown sugar – 1 cup butter Filling – 1/2 cup flour – 1/4 cup brown sugar – 3 eggs – 1 can sweetened condensed milk – 2 teaspoons vanilla – 1/4 cup butter – 1 cup chocolate chips – 4 cups shredded coconut
To make the crust melt the butter and mix it with the flour and brown sugar until thick.
Press the dough into a parchment paper lined pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
