Crock Pot Ham

Make Crock Pot Ham for Easter dinner. Using a slow cooker to make the ham gives you an easy, stress free holiday. 

Combine honey, peach preserves, brown sugar and vinegar in a saucepan and cook to thicken the peach glaze slightly.

Put your spiral ham in the crock pot and top it with half of the glaze. Save the other half for later!

Put the lid on the slow cooker and let it cook on low for 4 hours. Check that it reaches 140 F internally.

Heat the reserved peach glaze to warm it up. Then pour it over the ham to add a delicious fruity flavor.

Serve the ham with scalloped potatoes, asparagus and potato salad for a delicious Easter brunch or dinner.
