CROCKPOT BEEF STEW

RECIPE

This stew is filled with beef, potatoes, onions, carrots and peas for the perfect one pot meal!

INGREDIENTS

– cooking oil – beef stew meat – flour – frozen pearl onions – baby carrots – potatoes – beef broth – salt & Italian seasoning – 2 cups peas, frozen

Brown the beef cubes in a frying pan. Toss them with flour once they are browned.

Get the veggies ready. Use baby carrots and frozen onions to make prep simple!

Put the beef, vegetables (except the peas), broth and seasoning in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Stir the peas into stew. Then cover and let the peas cook for 5-10 more minutes.

Serve with rice or egg noodles for a low effort meal!
