LEG OF LAMB

Rosemary and garlic flavor this Easter leg of lamb which is cooked with carrots and potatoes for a complete meal.

EASTER DINNER

Season the lamb with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary. Then brown it on saute in a pressure cooker.

Take the lamb out and deglaze with broth. Then add the onions and carrots. The veggies will cook along with the ham.

Put the leg of lamb back in and seal the pressure cooker. Pressure cook on high 30 minutes. Do a quick pressure release.

Take the lamb out to rest. Add the potatoes to broth and veggies in the Instant Pot and set it for 8 minutes high pressure.

Slice the lamb and serve it with the potatoes and carrots for a delicious Easter Leg of Lamb.
