EASY PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE

This easy pumpkin cheesecake is the ideal Fall dessert! It is rich, creamy and is a no bake cheesecake.

Crush gingersnaps and mix them with sugar, cinnamon and melted butter to make a simple and delicious crust.

Mix cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Then add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and pumpkin spice.

Mix well, then fold in some Cool Whip to make an easy pumpkin spice flavored filling.

Pour the batter into a springform pan and freeze overnight. 

Take the rim off the pan and decorate the the easy pumpkin cheesecake with whipped cream and pecans.
