GAME DAY  CHILI

Chili is the ideal game day dinner. Make it early in the day and enjoy it at halftime! This easy recipe uses a pressure cooker for a tasty Cincinnati style chili.

Game Day Favorite

Brown the ground beef on Saute until it is no longer pink. Add the onions and cook for a couple minutes to soften.

Use chicken broth to deglaze the pressure cooker. Then add the bell peppers, chile peppers, garlic, and spices but not the tomatoes. Stir to mix.

Dump the can of tomatoes on top but don't stir them in. Put the lid on and pressure cook for 20 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally.

Take the lid off and stir to mix the tomatoes into the chili. Then put the lid back on and let it stay on low until you are ready to eat!

Garnish this game day chili with lots of cheese and green onions. It will easily feed a crowd! Serve it with cornbread, over pasta or in a bowl.
