GUINNESSS IRISH STEW

Guinness Irish Stew is loaded with tender beef and veggies. It has a deep, rich flavor, thanks to the Guinness.

Coat the beef stew pieces with flour. Brown the beef on all sides in a Dutch oven. Brown in batches if necessary.

Set the beef aside and then brown diced carrots, onions and garlic. Dice the potatoes while the veggies cook.

Add the beef back to the Dutch oven along with beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning.

Pour in the Guinness and cover the Dutch oven. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes. 

Serve the Guinness Irish Stew garnished with fresh thyme. It makes a hearty yet simple Irish inspired family dinner!
