INSTANT POT CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE
Add the corned beef and spice packet to the Instant Pot.
Add broth and water to cover the corned beef and pressure cook.
Chop potatoes, carrots and cabbage and put in steamer basket.
Take out cooked corned beef and set aside to rest.
Reserve 2 cups of liquid for steaming veggies.
Steam vegetables while the corned beef rests.
