This cheesecake has Oreos in the crust, in the filling and on top for a triple dose of Oreos.

INGREDIENTS

Crust – Oreo cookies – melted butter Filling – cream cheese – sugar – eggs – heavy cream – vanilla – flour – Oreo cookies Topping – cream cheese – sugar – heavy cream – mini Oreo cookies

Crush 12 Oreos and combine with melted butter. Press into a springform pan.

Beat the cream cheese with sugar, cream, vanilla and flour until smooth.

Coarsely chop 8 Oreos and stir them into the batter.

Pour the batter in the springform pan, on top of the crust. Cover the pan with foil.

Put water and a trivet in the Instant Pot.

Lower the cheesecake onto the trivet. Cook at high pressure for 35 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.

Refrigerate 8 hours. Then remove from springform pan and decorate with frosting and mini Oreos.
