THANKSGIVING LEFTOVERS

Turn leftover Thanksgiving turkey bones into a flavorful stock using your pressure cooker! This flavorful broth will be ready fast.

INGREDIENTS

– Turkey carcass – 2 onion – 5 celery stalks – 5 carrots – fresh herbs – black peppercorns – 6-8 cups water

Step 1

Quarter the onions and chop the carrots and celery into 2 inch pieces.

Step 2

Put everything in the Instant Pot and cover with cold water to the Fill line. Pressure cook for 1 hour.

Step 3

Let the pressure release naturally. Then take the lid off and strain the stock to remove the bones, veggies and herbs.

Step 4

If you want low fat broth refrigerate it for a few hours and skim off the layer of fat that forms.
