INSTAPOT PULLED PORK

Make this Instapot pulled pork recipe for a one pot meal that can feed a crowd cheaply.

Cut a pork shoulder into pieces and toss with brown sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, mustard and garlic powder.

Put the Instapot on saute and brown the pork in oil. Flip the pieces to brown the meat all the sides.

Deglaze the pressure cooker with broth. Then add apple cider vinegar to the meat and pressure cook the pork for 60 minutes.
