Lemon Blueberry Trifle

Lemon blueberry trifle is an elegant but easy no bake summer dessert. Perfect for Mother's Day or a summer picnic.

Combine cold milk with lemon pudding in a bowl and whisk for 2 minutes. Set it aside to thicken.

While you wait for the pudding to thicken zest and juice a lemon. Crumble a store-bought pound cake into pieces.

Put layers of cake in a mason jar, topped with lemon pudding and blueberries.

Add more layers of cake, pudding and blueberries to fill the jar for the lemon blueberry trifle.

Finish with whipped cream, lemon zest and blueberries.
