Lemon  Crinkle Cookies

Combine the lemon cake mix, egg and Cool Whip in a bowl and stir with a spoon. No mixer is need for this lemon crinkle cookie recipe.

Stir by hand until the ingredients are completely mixed. Then put the dough in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Use a cookie scoop to make dough into a ball. Roll the ball in the powdered sugar.

Place the sugar covered dough balls on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.

Let the lemon crinkle cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
